Home sales are down 78% this January compared to January 2007. 10 homes sold in the Running Springs area during January 2007 and 3 sold in January 2008. Home prices decreased by 58.4% this January compared to January 2007. The median price of a home sold last January was $300,000 compared to this years $124,900. The January 2008 Median price decreased 46.3% compared to December’s $232,500.
