Home sales are up 100% this January compared to this time last year. 3 homes sold in the Crestline area during January 2007 and 6 sold in January 2008. Home prices have decreased 54.3%. The median price of a home sold last year in January was $290,000 compared to this years $132,500. The January 2008 Median price decreased 48.5% compared to December’s $257,500.
